Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Sous Chef.
- Strong command of English.
- Strong Experience in Different cuisine are preferable.
- Oversee the entire kitchen operations and assist the Head Chef.
- Responsible for training and managing kitchen personnel.
- Managed and coordinate all culinary activities .
- Responsible for food preparation and styling, and develop new cuisine to incorporate it into the menu.
- Evaluates food products to assure that quality standards are consistently attained.
