- Applicants must be able to prove a stable work history with good experience in the production of high-quality food ideally mixed between high-end restaurants and signature restaurants in resort hotels. You will also need to be someone who has a good understanding of and use of current health food trends and medical/ diet considerations. Sous Chefs looking for their next step up are also encouraged to apply.
- Seeking the professional team player who will work with the other HOD's to continually improve the resort's quality and service.
- Must be able to manage, organize, direct and supervise in assigned Kitchen.
- Assist in managing an operating budget annually that includes wages, overtime, travel, uniforms, food cost and operating equipment costs.
Fluently speaks, reads and writes in English and does so at all times while on duty.
