We are looking for a talented and creative preparation in all aspects of the food, Sous Chef.• Work with the executive chef to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant’s policy and vision.• Produce high-quality dishes that follow up the established menu and level up to location’s standards, as well as to clients’ requirements.• Work well under pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines of food displays.• Prioritize, organize, delegate work and follow through with assigned tasks• Train the auxiliary kitchen staff in order to provide best results in minimum time and using at the maximum the available resources• Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during working hours
- Any Bachelor Degree with related certificate.- (5) years experience in the culinary field. (Asian Food).- Ability to communicate in English with guest, co-workers and management to their understanding.- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.- Ability to work all stations online.- Food handling certificate.- Knowledge of food cost controls.
