• Motivates trains and develops all therapist to achieve high standards.

• Understands the spa’s marketing strategy and ensure that the spa’s image is consistently portrayed with every marketing decision.

• Ensures all guest’s needs are being met at all times by all employee.

• Ensures all employees undergo certified “service ready” training, before administering any spa treatments.

• Develops and maintains spa literature, documentation and process handling requirements.

• Makes performance appraisal for your employees.

• Effectively organizes therapist sale target and the whole spa sale target for monthly.

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge and very familiar with all Spa, Nail Art and Eyelash Extensions Course .

• Good English language skill.

• Good supervisory skill.

• Good communication skill.

• Be good at organize and problem solving.

• Good leadership skill.

Experience:

Minimum 3 -year working experience required in supervisory position

Additional Skill required:

• Positive attitude under pressure.

• Training & presentation skill
