Key Duties / Responsibilities

1. Comply to stores routine
2. Ensure materials are received, stored and issued as per SOP
3. Ensure to run daily DMS and safety tool box
4. Ensure updating of daily transactions in SAP.
5. Ensure to maintain material status identification for all the material
6. Ensure Housekeeping & 5S as per standards and score as per GMP target
7. Ensure and cross check the records of FEFO.
8. Ensure documentation is in respect with KORE.
9. Sanctioning of leaves to workmen working under his area of operation.
10. Management and supervision of Management Systems on Quality, Safety, Food Safety and Environment.
11. Supervision on internal customer and supplier’s response for any type of query’s relating to the stores.
12. Ensure to help by issuing correct material , correct quantity and in correct time to maintain PLANT USLE against the target
13. Generating daily/monthly issue report and feedback to the plant management on weekly basis.
14. Ensure PR / PO tracking system for all spare parts and engineering consumables.
15. Supervising work / job to be completed from time to time.
16. Supervising the documentation.
17. Handling and reporting functional MIS.
18. Ensure to pass GRN / ISSUE / RETURN for appropriate transactions.
19. Ensure month reports are in time and correct.
20. Ensure execution of yearly inventories at maintenance store, as per schedule
21. Drive improvements in spare parts store through small CI Projects involving all team members.
22. Comply to organization “food safety Standards and Program”.

Knowledge /Skill /Abilities:
1. Business behavioral skill / Transact in SAP environment
2. 5 years in spare parts stores at plant level
3. Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management /Stores Management, desirable.
