• Provide the Service Manager with the overall business forecast, parts and accessories sales volume, profit
• Monitor regularly department performance against with the relevant KPI’s
• Propose and update Service Manager on parts discount policy
• Supervise that sufficient parts are ordered according to parts sales volume
• Supervise that sufficient accessories are ordered according to accessory sales volume targets
• Ensure the order mix according DRS
• Supervise the receiving process and ensure that parts are inspected and registered in DMS
• Monitor that parts are effectively binned according to Cycle & Carriage parts processes
• Monitor that warehouse is organized, safe, secure and hygienic condition according to government laws and CCM policies
• Monitor and adjust regularly inventory to optimize availability and service level
• Supervise stock taking process with Finance Department
• Apply for buy back/scrap orders with Head of Aftersales according to company policies and CCM guidelines
• Ensure that scrapped parts are disposed and recycled according to government laws and CCM guidelines
• Ensure parts claims are processed according to CCM and Manufacturers policies
• Ensure that damaged parts/parts returns are accurately recorded and processed
• Monitor the local market and assist in overall parts marketing strategy to Service Manager
• Conduct in collaboration with Marketing & CRM sales promotion activities
• Implement and align parts sales campaigns of the company and Daimler
• Ensure a high service level is provided to counter parts sales customers and workshop
• Ensure prompt completion of paperwork and transparent Performa invoice
• Handle customer complaints according to Cycle & Carriage policies, escalate extraordinary cases to Service Manager
• Ensure regular reports on parts sales, stock and inventory management KPIs as required by company management and Manufacturer
• Ensure up-to-date customer database
• Ensure that parts and procurement literature is up-to-date, complete and available
• Pass on information to employees in a timely manner
• Manage the performance of subordinates by setting targets and monitoring results
• Develop and motivate subordinates according to their abilities and needs of the dealership
• Determine training needs and secure suitable training
• Ensure full participation and certification as per DRS requirements
• Provide continuous guidance, support and feedback to subordinates

• Any graduate with Mechanical or Mechatronics
• Above 23 years old
• Desirable 2 years working experience in parts business within the automotive industry
• Profound knowledge of parts warehousing
• Solid knowledge of parts disposal and environmental protection related government laws and regulations
• Good communication, interpersonal and computing skills
• Good command of English is a must
