Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Perform costing calculation for every shipment arrival - Machines/ Equipment/ Spare Parts/ Lubricant & Others
- Ensure PO/, GRN/ Supplier Invoices discrepancy, Shortage and excess, post AP debit & credit notes in system
- Evaluate stock absorbency provision, Monitor stock reports preparation for counting and reconciliation (with All Branches)
- Analysis invoice to ensure correct products/ services were received at expected cost, collaborate with department heads
- Prepare monthly report (Stock and GP)

Job Requirements

- Must be Graduated with B.Com
- At least 5 years experiences in full accounting functions; Stock, AP, AR, FA and GL
- Proficient in microsoft office and experience in Accounting System/ ERP would be preferable
- Age must be over (25) years old
