Core responsibilities:

• To administer Leave & Attendance Administration

• To prepare and deliver monthly Staff payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data with timely and accuracy manner

• To administer the organization’s welfare & benefits programs (e.g., allowances, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)
• To participate in annual performance review meeting to review the achievements, development and to establish goals and a development plan for the coming
year
• To prepare and implement performance management process , procedure and practice
• To participate in yearly Pay Adjustment & Benchmarking , profit-sharing and performance management programs

Job Requirements

Degree in Business Admin/ Graduate Diploma in HRM - Min 4 years’ experience
Diploma in Business Admin/ HRM - Min 5 years’ experience


Skills and Knowledge required:

• Good knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Hands-on Experience in HR operation
• Possess negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
