Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Review and check loan documents.
• Input customer information into the system to generate customer identification number, loan account and/or saving the account.
• Phone calling to customers for checking about loan application and informed to take money.
• Print out loan repayment schedule, customer profile and account statement for customers.
• Explain to the customer on their repayment schedule, credit discipline and other related policies and procedure.
• Recording loan payoff and loan late payment then inform to Credit Supervisor to take appropriate action.
• Have to obey all the instructions from related department
• Sometimes, have to transfer branch in Yangon Area

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate. Diploma/Certificate in Accounting are preferred
• Working experience in related field is preferred.
• People who live in Mandalay is more preferred
• Problem Solving Skill
• Knowledge of customer and personal service
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
• Computer Skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good at the English Language
