Job Description

Personal

1. Responsible for all related activities in human resources and recruitment process.

2. Coordinate with all related departments to create organisation structure and human resources requirement

3. Transfer all requirements into company recruitment and development plan plus all related documents such as job description,
training plan, company regulations, work contract and staff profile.

4. All recruitment processes and activities including posting jobs opportunity, application, interviewing and contracting.

5. All control and improvement processes and activities including time attendance, training and performance appraisal.

6. Participate in all company communication and labor affairs.

7. Responsible for Payroll & Income Tax, SSB Calculation

8. Other jobs assigned by supervisors.


Administrative

1. Responsible for all office facility

2. Souring of Assets, Service and Material for internal office use

3. Contract Administrative document sector

Job Requirements

Gender : Male or Femail
Age : 25-30 years old
Degree : Any graduated. Prefer Dip in HRM and/or other Int’l HR certificate.
Experience : At least 3 years in HR field or related fields

Special Qualifications :
1. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
2. Good communication in Myanmar Language
3. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
4. Able speak Thai will be considered
5. Willing to travel to the operation side.
6. Can started of work on October 28, 2018
