• Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly team sales targets.
• Select, manage, and develop a high performing of sales and Marketing representatives.
• Implement the sales and marketing activities
• Develop and implement high caliber individual sales and career development plans for all team members.
• Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction.
• Manage responsibility for each member of the team to exceed goals in all sales targets
• Meet regularly with Sales Manager and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly report to marketing manager.
• Handling the customer complain.
• Monitor and track adherence to productivity, attendance, daily expectations and provide feedback Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms;
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific services;
• Maintain customer records, using automated systems;
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements;
• Prepare sales contracts
• Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications;
• Select the correct service or assist customers in making service selections, based on customers' needs, specifications, and applicable regulations.

- Any graduated, Sales & Marketing Academic is preferable
- Age must between 23– 30
- Obtain names and numbers of potential and prospective customers from telephone directories, Journals, newspapers, internet and other public records.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
- Creating detailed proposal documents, quotation, invoice, sales contract and agreement.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Provides activity and results reports daily/ weekly/ monthly to department head.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Co-ordinates the organization’s involvement in trade show, exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- Supporting the department head and other colleagues.
2-3 years experienced as a sales and marketing executive in website/software field
- Good communication skills in English and Myanmar language (Including reading and writing), Computer Literate
- Good sales skill and apperance
