      • For each customer experience, meets or exceeds the criteria indicated on the Customer Expectations for Sales
      • Greets all customers promptly; provides timely professional service
      • Completes Customer Records promptly and accurately
      • Completes an Income and Sales Goal Worksheet promptly and accurately each month
      • Follows up with 100% of customers within two days of vehicle delivery
      • Meets or exceeds monthly Income and Sales Goals
      • Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional products and services when appropriate.
      • Builds customer loyalty and promotes the dealership brand image by following the 10-Step Showroom Process
      • Is accurate and timely in completing paperwork and assigned tasks
      • Sells accessories and Finance-Insurance products
      • Answers incoming telephone calls/email/internet enquiries promptly, courteously, and makes every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry
      • Delivers vehicles to customers in a positive and memorable way
      • Effectively prospects by phone, mail, e-mail and face to face 
      • Identifies repeat customers and treats them accordingly
      • Shifts priorities and goals as work demands change
      • Maintains composure and courtesy in dealing with customers and fellow employees
      • Ensures that work is completed on time and as required
      • Acts quickly to implement plans; organizes work efficiently; follows up to ensure successful implementation
      • Assists other Sales Consultants when needed
      • Builds productive working relationships with fellow employees through clear communications
        • Assists customers in identifying problems and concerns during and after vehicle delivery
        • Follows up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles
        • Promotes cooperation and teamwork among Sales Consultants and support staff
        • Effectively uses the Internet to prospect and sell vehicles
        • Effectively sells by:
          • Explaining vehicle’s features and benefits versus the competition
          • Determines customer’s needs and wants
          • Effectively performs demonstration drives and offers demonstration drives to all customers
          • Overcomes objections
        • Calculates and tracks progress of sales and prospect goals and sales deals.
        • Notifies prospects of upcoming special programs and promotions
        • Maintains contact with previous customers to remind them of Lease-end/Finance end dates
        • Identifies and supports opportunities for method/process improvement (e.g. tracking showroom traffic)
          • Identifies ways to improve operations and customer service
          • Maintains an effective customer contact system that encourages new, repeat, and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
          • Uses computer systems to look up vehicle inventory availability
            • Handles inventory, keys and licensing per dealer policy
            • Keeps up to date on Jaguar Land Rover products and competitor products
            • References existing manuals, publications and other written documents to obtain needed information
            • Follows all Sales Department policies and procedures
            • Able to effectively use the Internet for sales activities and personal training activities
