We are looking Senior Systems Engineer delivering Microsoft Cloud and IT Infrastructure solution to customer, leading engineer team in implementing complex projects, manage IT services, including server farm, networking, IT security, email, and disaster recovery. This role is a key position within the service department and will be called upon to resolve the highest level technical issues, provide Subject Matter Expert on systems configuration and integration, capacity planning, performance analysis and optimization.

Primary Objective:

1. Lead a team of System Engineers to provide IT services to customer
2. Implementation, Configures, Administrator and maintains IT infrastructure and its components
3. Understand IT infrastructure technologies and landscape (hardware, midrange, security, network, etc.)
4. Performs incident, problem and escalation management for own area of responsibility
5. Maintain methods, tools and standards to ensure data center and / or server availability and performance
6. Assist in and validation of technical business cases for cloud-based and on-premises solutions;
7. Develop a Subject Matter Expertise-level of skills and knowledgebase in cloud build, deploy and support;
8. Ensures security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions;
9. Consult with clients to proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability;
10. Follow trends in technology and lead new approaches to scalability and high-availability of distributed cloud container architecture & services;


Key Tasks and Accountabilities:

1. Windows server 2008,2012 and 2016.
2. Windows server basic such as DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, Files server and DFS services Administration.
3. Windows server maintenance task.
4. Domain Controller, Group policy, WSUS in terms of implementations and administration.
5. Microsoft Exchange Server, SQL Server and other Microsoft Server product implementations and administration.
6. Microsoft Office 365 provisioning, implementation and deployment.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years experiences in IT, with at least 3 years relevant technical experience
3. Must have basic ITIL V2/V3/V4 knowledge
4. Good communication, presentation and project management skills
5. Good command of English
6. Able to work under pressure
7. Good personality and a team player
8. Microsoft, VMware and Other Certifications are plus
