An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• To be able to conduct maintenance to the store whether in the aspect of function or simply arranging the orders of any incoming stocks or any available products on the store. Any store keeper such make sure any store activities run well.
• To be able to keep up the records of products and inventories of the store. Any good store keeper must really know how to handle the inventories of the store.
• To be able to receive deliveries of new products and make sure that all of such products are in appropriate orders.
• To be able to issue supplies as per the demand of any customers and also to be able to maintain any payment history of transaction.
• To be able to maintain the budget of any expenditures and to be able to report the store finance condition to the manager.
• To be able to store any products received in appropriate places in order to avoid any wrong placement of the products. Store keeper also requires being able to store well any products within the store to avoid problem such as the wrong placement of the products.
• To be able to report to the supervisor of the store which is related to next orders that customers may made.
• To be able to conduct monitoring and functioning to all equipments and products of the store.
• Daily cleans work area.
• To check goods in against delivery notes for accuracy and damages
• To enter the Delivery Notes onto the Company system promptly and accurately, matching the correct Purchase Order Number
• Notify the relevant Department via the Delivery Note of any short shipments/mi spicks
• Notify relevant Department of any damaged goods received and place in the On Hold area , awaiting further instruction.
• Assist when required with the physical movement of stock from the Goods In area to the warehouse and/or packing and putting away stock
• Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded.
• Arrange the proper return and replacement/repair of defective items under warranty, or
• Wrongly ordered or delivered item/s in coordination with the Showroom Manager.
• Keeping the spare parts store organized, labeled according to Stock Policy.
• Pack or ship inventory or maintenance and repair parts to destination .
• Process incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal usage.
• Maintain records of orders and the amount, kind and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory system.
• Ensure that all items are properly numbered and tagged

- Any Graduate
- Minimum two years experience in Stock Control
- Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
- Good Microsoft Office Skills
