• Participates in safety committee initiatives - allows and supports staff to participate in safety committees as required.
• Advises and trains employees to carry out potentially hazardous work practices
• Ensures that the employees comply with the rules, regulations, instructions, orders or measures relating to work safety.
• Conducts Hazard Analysis with Safety Committees and informs the employees of the hazards in the workplace.
• Checks the performances of the place of operations according to the work plan, project or measures on work safety.
• Complies with company OHS policy and procedures.
• Ensures the conduct of annual drills of emergency and evacuation as required by the law or company policyTo perform other jobs as assigned by a superior.
• Oversees overall people processes within the scope of responsibility to ensure compliance with Human Resource policies
• Estimates staffing needs and schedules and assigns work to subordinates
• Coordinates with the HR Department in the recruitment and selection process
• Develops and evaluates performance targets and goals
• Provides leadership and motivation to all staff within the scope of responsibility
• Identifies and supports subordinates in training and development needs

• Male or Female
• Minimum 3 year experiences in Stock controlling
• Good communication skills in English
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Business understanding in data analysis, supply chain management and product knowledge
