- Checking the document before stock issue & receiving

- Take out the stock with FIFO (by expired & batch)

- Communication with other department for requirement data

- Informing to Manager about the stock condition & stock incoming

- Stock auditing with ledger & physical stock balance

- Preparing & reporting the monthly report to Manager
