 Helping to train, develop and coach associates on selling skills and behaviors and operational procedures.
 Implementing all visual merchandising standards and operational direction.
 Ensuring that standards are being followed including floor sets, cleaning
 Monitoring and positively affecting profitability in the areas of customer service, Sales, inventory, Expenses Control and risk management and visual merchandising.
 Prepare the duty roaster for the sales staff.
 Carry out the cash matter if necessary to back office.
 To send the daily sales reports end of the day.
 Deliver a clean and well maintained store.
 Create and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
 Ensure that standard policies and procedures are maintained.
 Ensure tools, reports and equipment are available to perform all job responsibilities.
 Maintain effective and efficient processes and systems.
 Maintains and monitor efficient systems for receiving stock shipments, transfers, and handling of defective merchandise.
 Ensures store's profits are maximized through effective inventory control
 Report to Store Manager

Job Requirements

Any Graduated
Age (between 25 to 35)
3 years experiences in relevant position at medium or big organization.
Can be joined immediate
Problem solving, Communication and Participation Skills
Work in a team, as well as independently.
Ability to work on time management, planning and organizing
Able to work under pressure.
Able to travel extensively. Physically & Mentally strong
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines concurrently.
Ability to understand budgets, sales hourly goals, and allocations.
Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
