PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take a lead role in developing and implementing the College’s marketing and student recruitment strategy to support overall College’s strategic objectives with emphasis on developing the use of web, social media and new media aligned with the College’s marketing strategies.
• Develop College’s management information on student recruitment and produce reports to CEO, Marketing and Operation Director to inform target new recruitment potentials.
• Serves independently as the point person for internal coordination of College student recruitment and enrollment management goals utilizing specific knowledge gained of admissions, registration criteria and scholarship information and deadlines.
• Develop and organize a range of recruitment events both on-campus and other institutions (such as Open day, campus tour and seminars) by liaising with College staff and relevant colleagues in the Marketing Department.

ESSENTIAL SKILL

• At least a bachelor degree or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of people
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Flexible approach to working, excellent time management skills
• A friendly professional manner and appearance
• Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure
• Ambitious and results orientated
• Experience in education sector
• Experience in a similar role an advantage
