Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Call customers and ensure there are no problems about service and solve the complaints
- Inform customer complaints and potential problems to team
- Work closely with the other Managers
- Support the team occasionally when needed
- Daily briefing for operation staff
- Daily overall checking
- To take monthly schedule
- Handling the weekly petty cash

- Any Graduate
- At least ( 3 ) year experience , Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service Field
- Must have a positive attitude, Communication skill and negotiation skill
- English ( Business Skills )
- Computer user of MS Office and Excel
