• Report to Area Sales Manager• In charge of Channel Sales, Retail Sales (Sell-Out) & Trade Marketing in the assigned territory for both PG Shops & Non-PG shops• Monitoring your Promoter team performance and motivating them to reach targets.• Prepare and implement sales action plans (e.g. plan sales routes, make regular calls/visits, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned Townships.• Do the daily calls & visits to Shops to maintain adequate stock, push sales & maintain brand images on the ground• Reaching the targets and goals set for your assigned Territories• Collecting customer feedback, perform market research; monitor Competitors' activities• Prepare and timely reports to your Sales managers.
• Bachelor's Degree & Prefer Diploma in Sales & Marketing.• Proven work experience at Least 2 years’ experience in Mobile/Telecom Industry.• Must understand English and must be good communication Skill• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word required.• To work with complete loyalty and ethics, should never get involved in wrong practices.• Understanding working knowledge, competitor nature, market condition & requirement
