- Coach and mentor Supply Chain teams to improve engagement with local technical/commercial stakeholders and to establish communication channels between the cross-functional teams
- Deploy demand driven supply chain strategy that supports operational excellence and long-range plans
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans or corrective actions as needed throughout the Supply Chain
- Develop Procurement/Sourcing Management best practices including continuous improvement of Purchasing Methods, Vendor Management, and Supplier Quality
- Ensure Supply Chain is synchronized to produce maximum efficiencies and lowest cost of operation
- Improve Distribution & Logistics best practices and network optimization including trade compliance, and transportation management
- Initiative to ensure continuity of supply throughout operations to achieve uninterrupted supply of quality components and assemblies
