• Managing diaries and controlling access to the Supply Chain LT.
• Organizing meetings, appointments, events and conferences.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation and processing related bills and expenses for SC LT and SC Visitors.
• Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
• CSHEC Minutes and action follow up // SCLT review minutes and action follow up.
• Coordinating with stakeholders for functional statutory requirements.

• Experience in a Planning, Quality, Safety or WCM Role in a multinational.
