• Lead, direct, evaluate and managing change control over a dynamic product offering, direct operational efforts for new product and market launches and for importing and exporting goods.

• Maintain EPR item attributes to ensure accurate supply planning & inventory management parameters within the corporate supply chain applications.

• Identify and implement a performance dashboard of KIPs necessary to clearly identify functional performance and opportunities for improvement

• Perform strategic assessment of company & customer freight carriers, costs, & load and lanes optimization.

• Accountable for quality of Supply Planning activities

• Responsible for customer service, & logistics management, production, supply chain & materials management & planning activities, including Supply Planning & Inventory Management.

• Responsible for inventory management (risk, costs, levels, flows)

• Prioritize in event of supply constraints affecting customers

• Manage logistics footprint (warehouse and distribution network) optimization

Must have:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years leadership experience and preferably in supply chain management.
• Minimum of 5 years Material & Production Planning experience
• Experience of working knowledge of ERP planning modules or other material planning, MRP, software preferred.
• A team player
