The main responsibility is to handle the supply & delivery flow for all products, including developing, processing and coordinating with all stakeholder along the supply chain, other functions and government agencies, to ensure that all products are obtained and deliver to customer on a timely basis.


Detailed responsibilities include:

• RTM Infrastructure & Logistics Strategy: Set directions for warehousing & fleet infrastructure and logistics, in line with the business strategy and supply chain strategy.
• Develop and Manage third party logistics service providers: Identify national third party logistics service providers and vendors (For e.g. C&FAs, MHE, Storage Systems, transporters); Evaluate vendors and service providers on technical, commercial and capability aspects; Support procurement team in negotiations; develop strategic pool of capable third party logistics service providers.

• (Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level)

• 5 - 10 years of work exp in Logistics, including 3 - 5 yrs experience in managing fleet and logistics at large business OR at a national level. Food Product Logistics are more preferable.
• Well Exp in Integrated Logistics System (E.g. WMS, TMS, Route Planning, Picking, etc.)
• Strong in Leadership and able to demonstrated and lead the big team.
• Guidance & Support to team and able to work together with multi-functional stakeholder (internal & external)
