The Support Consultant will be responsible providing support to a vast array of customers during installation, upgrade or usage of their software.
•talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
•providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
•following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system supporting the roll-out of new applications
•setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
•responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
•working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
•prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
•rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers
•testing and evaluating new technology

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Qualification Skills
•Degree or diploma in IT, or equivalent experience
•At least 2 year experience in related field
•Confidence and ability to understand and navigate new technology quickly
•Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
•Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
•Strong customer service skills
•Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service
•Must be a Myanmar citizen

Essentials Skills
•Strong communication skills, both oral and written
•Ability to convey information in a clear, concise manner relevant to the user or the developer
•Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritize deliverables and plan accordingly
•Initiative with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
