Job Description

• Work continuously on a task until completion
• Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Provide support in the roll-out of new applications & Services
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide resolution or escalate accordingly in a timely manner.
• Liaise with various support teams to resolve incident and requests.
• UAT Testing, training, commissioning & liaising with customers and all stakeholders
• Preparation of technical documents and standard operating procedures
• Support stakeholders with extracting required data to be able to make strategic decisions.
• Ensure all systems are running smoothly and minimize incidents
• Reviews and analyze incidents and suggest ways to improve resolution time.
• Develop and maintain documentation for issue logs and tickets analysis
• Research & Development of new technologies
• Ability and willingness to provide on-call support as needed including after hours and weekends.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/ Information technology or any graduate with IT diploma or relevant certificates.
• 2 to 3 years above of relevant IT field, working experience is more preferred
• Able Work independently and as a team member.
• Possess good working attitude and pleasant personality.
• A logical approach to problem solving;
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Willing to travel based on job requirement
• IT Certifications in Microsoft, Oracle, ITIL etc., are advantages
• Highly initiative, superior customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
• Confidence and ability to understand and navigate new technology quickly
• Articulate and proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Good knowledge with infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, network, client/server or web related applications)
• Able to work Day, Swing and Night Shifts on a rotating basis.
• Able to work over-time.
