An Excellent Opportunity for ...

 Comprehensive knowledge of survey system, methods and techniques, engineering record, mapping and GIS, Boundary, GPS, Topographic and control surveying;
 Knowledge in CADD using AutoCAD, CivilCAD3D and Global mapper;
 Uses the various types of survey equipment and methods;
 Assigns work to survey teams and maintains bench mark and other surveying records;
 Ability to plan, supervise the performance of the work of subordinates;
 Responsible for providing, accurate survey data;
 Make ensure that the work is performed to client quality standards;
 Supervises preparation of legal plats and legal descriptions;
 Supervises the maintenance and updating of surveying and office equipment and files and records;
 Make sure that the results are presented in a manner that is accurate, efficient, timely and above all professional;
 Maintains regular and fingerprint attendance and working hours;
 Able to travel every project site and work independently;
 Ability to perform strenuous work and good physical condition;
 Requires effective communication skills and the ability to provide assistance to customers (external and internal).

Job Requirements

 Any Bachelor degree;
 Preferable with GIS and Remote Sensing Certificate;
 Certificate in MS Office Application, Excel, AutoCAD, land development application and other surveying applications;
 Minimum 5-10 years working experience in infrastructure projects as a surveyor preferable experience in Transmission Line;
 Age between 28 to 45 years;
 Able to work at Bago Project Site;
 Experience of communicating effectively verbally and in writing to senior managers and writing reports;
