As a Sustainability Developer, you have the ownership of driving our sustainability vision with our supply chain partners and suppliers. You are responsible for ensuring our new and existing suppliers comply with the minimum requirements as per company group.
You will be instrumental in making our suppliers self-reliant in carrying out the assessments that complies with our standards. You are also expected to monitor and validate the quality of data and information provided. Capacity building through root cause analysis and guiding the internal as well as external team in areas of improvement.
You will build a strong relationship with our suppliers and stakeholders to ensure there is continues collaboration in constantly improving working methods of our suppliers and best practices are effectively implemented.

Job Requirements

Any degrees (Laws, HR, Environmental, Engineering etc.)
Business level communication language – English (Chinese is a plus)
Willingness to work in Sustainability team
Minimum 2 years experience in related field
