*This position is more suitable for a similar experience in System Administration than pure IT Developers.


• Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects.
• Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices.
• Configure Engage (School Management System) with administrator and management of the school.
• Provide technical support for Engage (School Management System).
• Act as link between end user and higher level support.
• Install and configure school wise system (eg. Engage School Management System, Google).
• Monitor Engage (School Management System).
• Act as a liaison between School and Double First (Engage).
• Review, advice and maintain data policy along with IT Director and data assessment coordinators.
• Coordinate IT Manager.
• Train the staff on use of school-wide systems especially Engage (School Management System).
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration.
• Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality.

• Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role preferred.
• Organize and self-motivated individual.
• Fluent in English.
