- Installation and trouble-shooting computer software, hardware and network equipment
- Providing technical support on call and field assist
- Regular schedule maintenance inside and outside of Yangon
- Familiarity with IT related equipment
- Capable of Microsoft Active Directory Domain Service environment
- Ability to fix LAN, internet and email outage in client level
