Tasks

• Validates and support Master data in System
• Formulate plan outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design.
• Write Code programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology and conduct Test (Unit testing and integrate testing) and Debug computer program.
• Modify and improve the developed and existing programs to match with the changing requirements.
• Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
• Explain and assist software users to use and understand software and solve operation problems and do the data backup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Create customer database with detailed information.
• Troubleshoots users’ complaints and analyze the problems and resolution
• Provides system user requests and support problem-solving
• Provides system training if required
• Does daily database backup (if required)

Job Requirements

• BE, B-Tech (IT), B.C. Sc
• At least 1-year experience above in related field/
• Planning, Teamwork, Influence Others, Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Customer Focus, Motivational Fit, Communication, Follow Up, Reporting
• Standard Training Modules for Staff Level
• Database/ Programming Knowledge
