Roles & Responsibilities
 Overseeing the development and installation of new networking and computing infrastructures.
 Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
 Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.
 Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
 Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
 Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
 Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
 Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
 Ensure all issues are properly logged.
 Prepare accurate and timely reports.
 Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
 Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
 Liaising with vendors and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date with developments.

Requirements
 Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments.
 BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
 Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
 Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products.
 Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
 Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
 Able to travel outside Yangon.
 Ability to work independently, and with team too.
 Proficient in English speaking and writing.
