- Responsible for following the operational standards and settings.
- Responsible for following the operational policies and procedures.
- Responsible for system handbook development and maintenance.
- Reduce manual intervention and increase the productivity of technical teams.
- House keeping of the OSS/BSS systems to ensure that their performance is within specifications and fully optimized.
- Manage and obtain approval for all charges for the platform, ensuring full communication internally and customer base.
- Responsible for producing user guides/ work instructions, if needed.
- Assist with management requests and development requests through the changes process.
- Work in collaboration with various teams to create products and services.
- Business owner to support system integration and UAT for system changes or upgrades.
- Carry out configuration management on the OSS/BSS systems to ensure that the systems are running efficiently and the end user experience is optimized for the operation and maintenance of the IP networks.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate or related Diploma/ Certificate is preferred.
- At least 3 years experience in IS/ IT and Telecom market, experience in operator business and operational processes in connection with OSS, BSS system is an advantage.
- Experience form system integration deployment, testing, troubleshooting, trace analysis.
- Solid understanding of billing mediation business logic.
- Accountability, Result Driven, Self-Driven, Pro-active.
- Ability to work under pressure and stressful situations.
- Suggest, accept and drive new ideas, new ways of working.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in customer engagement and business development activities.
- Strong problem resolution experience.
- Revenue Management (Mediation, Charging, Billing, Rating etc )
- CRM, Revenue Assurance.
- Experience with Linux/Solaris administration.
- Database overview and principals (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, Cassandra).
- Cloud and Virtualization knowledge.
- Signalling protocols - DIAMETER, SS7, RADIUS, LDAP.
- IP networking.
