For Junior and Experienced
-Participate as a team member at the project assigned by manager.
-Report to senior for the progress of the project and problems when occur.
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

For Senior
-Lead all project members, planning and problem solving, communication with customers, reporting, manage resource of 3-10 members in one project
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

For Junior and Experienced
-Must have knowledge or 2 year of Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Servlet & JSP, Struts, Spring, MyBatis, Hibernate,
Apache Tomcat,PostgreSQL (or) Oracle(Java is main and others are optional).
-Knowledge of software engineering best practices including patterns.
-Able to learn and willing to learn Japanese language
-Self-motivated, Team work and willing to learn a new technology.
-Must be Conversation Level in the English language.
-Prefer to have conversation level in the Japanese language.
-Must be good at Ms word and Excel.

For Senior
-Must have at least 3 years and above experience as a System Engineer
-Must have knowledge of Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Servlet & JSP, Struts, Spring, MyBatis, Hibernate,
Apache Tomcat,PostgreSQL (or) Oracle(Java is main and others are optional)
-Knowledge of software engineering best practices including patterns
-Self-motivated, Team work and willing to learn a new technology
-Able to learn and willing to learn the Japanese language.
-Must be Conversation Level in the English language.
-Must have conversation level in the Japanese language (N4 and above)
-Must be good at Ms word and Excel
