Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

- System and Network monitoring via monitoring tools (e.g. : Nagios, PRTG and etc…)
- Managing Service desk calls and mails
- Support Level 1 services
- Managing service desk tickets and escalation
- System maintenance and implementation the applications (Both Window platform and Linux)
- Daily and weekly report to Team Lead or Manager
- Database Administration like MSSQ Lor MySQL
- Preventive and corrective maintenance in client's sites
- Preparation of technical documents

Job Requirements

- Background Knowledge of SQL (MySQL or MSSQL)
- Good analytical skill for trace log file in Linux and Window platform applications
- Good implementation Skill in Linux or Window platform such as Applications (web &console), Java Client, Oracle Client, File Server, Device Drivers and etc………….
- Background Knowledge of some programming language like C#, java and etc.
- Background Knowledge of system administration such as Window and Linux
- Perfect verbal and writing communication skill both English and Burmese.
- Must be working with rotation duty schedules (Day, Swing and Graveyard shift with 24/7)
- 2 years and above of relevant IT field, working experience is more preferred
