ROLE PURPOSE
You will be part of a highly passionate IT organization and work together with other infrastructure teams and application teams. You enter the team with a senior mindset and you need to create strong relationships with all stakeholders to successfully meet the objectives of the team. At the same time, you will be the last resort for providing technical solutions related to compute and storage systems. You will also be embracing new technologies, improving IT processes and coaching team members to bring the IT infrastructure to the next level.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Lead a team of IT system specialists and database administrators
• Provide technical solutions related to Windows Systems, Linux Systems, Virtualization Systems and Storage Systems
• Initiate and deliver projects related to IT infrastructure systems
• Take ownership and accountability for meeting predefined SLAs of System Team
• Implement and manage maintenance procedures and backup procedures for various servers and storage systems
• Generate and present periodic system utilization reports to management
• Perform capacity management and planning for compute and storage systems

Essential
• Proficient technical skills in Linux, virtualization and storage systems
• Ability to provide technical solutions related to IT infrastructure systems
• Project management skills
• Highly passionate individual who inspires teammates to reach their maximum potential
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and negotiate with other teams

Education & Special Training
Essential
• At least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field.

Experience
Essential
• Experience in Linux, Virtualization and Storage systems
• Experience in providing IT solutions.
• Experience in IT project management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
Desirable
• Experience in leading/managing an IT team

Languages
Essential
• Working proficiency in Myanmar and English.
