One of the financial institutes is looking for a talent acquisition lead to handle internal recruitment process and team building.

Duties and Responsibilities
*To manage the execution of HR policies and procedures while task with each staff / employee’s contract.
*To be involved in the entire recruitment process for hiring new talented individuals for internal development.
*To communicated with other departments managers to understand the needs and requirement to acquire the best suitable the best candidate.
*To be the intermediary for the potential candidates and the department managers to arrange for the recruitment process.

Skills and Requirements
*Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related field of study.
*Over 3 years of professional experience at recruitment and selection preferably in Banking industry.
*Possess great negotiation and analytical skills.
