We are continually improving standards of living and connecting people by creating international quality housing, commercial developments, transportation infrastructure and energy solutions.Responsibilities • Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with management to discuss needs.• Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.• Source potential applicants by placing job advertisements using job portals and social media.• Assess applicant qualifications by telephone and in person interviews, analyze responses, verify references and compare qualifications to job requirements.• Arrange and conduct interviews for short-listed candidates.• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with respective managers.• Liaise with external agencies/headhunters.• Keep recruitment trackers and monthly recruitment reports.• Assist in checking references, preparing job offers and job contracts.• Perform any other duties as instructed by management.Note on culture fit: this is an excellent opportunity for motivated, ambitious and hard-working people who are willing to contribute to the setup of a new HR department, where processes and systems have to be redesigned from scratch.
