Talent Coordinator Job Descriptions

• Maintain professional relationships with Brand Ambassadors, work with them regularly.
• Responsible for negotiating with Brand Ambassadors to set the shooting date and Liaise with each Brand Ambassadors in arranging Make Up, Outfits.
• Organize talents' availability and Liaise with Production Team, Communication Team, Editorial Team.
• Brainstorming with Production Team, Channel Manager in order to invite guests in talk shows and Liaise with third-party agency to book guests.
• Responsible for handling, inviting Brand Ambassadors and other celebrities in all CANAL+ related events, press conference, sport events and showroom openings (across the regions).
• Work closely with Brand Ambassadors before the shooting and during the shooting of our tailored programs.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in working with Celebrities (advantage)
• Excellent Organizational and Communication Skill
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Experience with media background
• Good English Level
• Good Interpersonal skill
