Position PurposeThe Talent Management is responsible for developing and retaining high-performing talents. He/she is required to design and deliver employee programs, take employer branding of Wave Money to the next level. He/she acts as the project manager of HR function to contribute overall success of the organization by delivering multiple HR projects. Key Result AresThe Talent Management Specialist needs to be creative, collaborative, result-oriented who is required to balance multiple priorities and be decisive. He/she needs to be a persuasive communicator with a high level of business acumen. Being a meticulous project manager while managing multiple stake holders successfully is important for the role. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities• Identify and execute of talent acquisition and onboard of high talent employees.• Analyze, understand and provide insights of Myanmar employment market trend.• Partner with leadership and business leaders of Wave Money to develop talent plan based on business needs.• Partner with leadership and business leaders of Wave Money to develop succession plans. • Design and delivering employer branding strategies and campaigns. • Lead internal communication across the organization.• Ensure the alignment and execution of relevant industrial relations.• Develop employee programs and initiatives for the purpose of increasing employees’ engagement and morale. • Develop communication strategies to deliver business agenda to all level of employees.• Work closely with other members of HR team to provide the excellence in employee experience.• Manage a portfolio of projects from inception to delivering success metrics in partnership with stakeholders and establishing cadences. • Take ownership of project status communications to project teams and stakeholders such as cross functional departments within the organizations, vendors, candidates, recruiters, etc. • Provide a high quality HR services.Key Performance and Success Indicators• Performance• Result-based improvement and management • Employee Relations • Knowledge management & LearningKey StakeholdersThis position has to communicate with various stakeholders such as, leadership and business leaders of Wave Money, Marketing and Communications Team, Group HR Departments, consultants, etc.
Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge AreasExperience:• At least 5 years of progressive experience working in HR department of a fast growing international organization. • Proven experience in leading and executing recruitment activates. • Experience in managing HR projects such as setting up HRIS. • Strong understanding in capability in employer branding and employee relations. Education and qualifications: • Bachelor Degree Business Administration or Communications or similar. • Excellent in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and advance knowledge of PowerPoint or other presentation tools. • Experience in handling of web based management systemsFunctional Skills and Knowledge Areas:• Excellent people skills and strong decision making skills• Extraordinary communication skills • Experience with people management and development • Change management and adaptability • Demonstrated decision making capability Language Requirements: • Fluent in English and Myanmar language mandatory
