Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

We are looking for an experienced English language speaker to teach English across various age groups (between 6 to 12 years old).
1. Develop curriculum planning, schemes of work, detail lesson plans and assessment materials together with teacher, coach and Principal
2. Marking students’ work and provide appropriate feedback, encouraging and monitoring the progress of individual students and use this information to adjust teaching strategies.
3. Responsible for planning and delivering interactive, fun and dynamic classes to students in order to guarantee that Students are successfully acquiring target language and reaching their personal needs.
4. Acting as a mentor to new teachers by providing support and advice during their integration
5. Ensuring that your Centre is always warm, welcoming and tidy for your Students
6. Actively promoting Centre as a premium provider of English Language Teaching
7. Promotes a well organised and inspiring learning environment.
8. Offers enthusiasm and demonstrates a positive approach to students.

Job Requirements

1. Foreign (Expatriate) or Repatriate is preferable
2. Hold appropriate professional qualifications CELTA or equivalent TEFL certificate is advantageous but not a must.
3. At least 2 years experience in teaching English Class
4. He/She should be familiar with the British National Curriculum and have some experience teaching English to lower/middle grade students at these levels.
5. Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree of English and Education
6. Be a native speaker of English
7. Be dynamic and have the ability to inspire
8. Be well informed and sensitive to cultural issues
9. Be interested in your students and care about their progress
10. Engage in on-going professional development
11. Participate and contribute to a harmonious work environment that encourages cooperation and team work with other teachers, coaches and Principal
12. Is comfortable integrating technology into all teaching practices.
13. Is reflective and continually strives to improve performance.
14. Understands the value of consistent application of school policies.
15. Passionate about education and giving excellent customer service
