Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Answer and respond customer service phone calls
• Provide onsite and online customer services
• Provide solutions to the customers’ issues and problems
• Provide necessary training and after-sales service
• Registration and recording of customer service records
• Responsible for successful implementation of application software
• Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction at all time.
• Responsible to prepare necessary documentation and manual when needed
• Responsible to provide report, communicate and escalation to management timely.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in relative field
• Good knowledge, skill and experience in financial and management accounting
• Mindset and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Possess strong interpersonal, excellent public relation skills and willing to travel
• Proficiency in written and spoken English preferred
• Process relevant leader ship and management traits
• Ability to work professionally and dynamically with team spirit and motivation to achieve great results.
