 Devises audit strategy, roadmap, audit plan and oversee the execution of audit assignment in the bank
 Leads a team of internal auditors in the regular and continuous assessment of business risks and evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of internal control
systems within the auditable portfolios
 Guides the team in the selection, development, and assessment of the suitability of processes, formats, and frequency of audit and risk information collection,
collation, and reporting
 Monitors audit engagements, ensuring proper coverage and appreciation of auditing principles and practice
 Proactively inform Head of Audit on incidents, discrepancies and regulatory issues. Ensures that audit issues are well defined and root causes are identified
 Makes recommendation to Head of Audit, Audit Committee or Board of Directors on issues raised during audit procedures.
 Works with management in all areas to define the business and operational audit function as it relates to overall bank activities and responds appropriately to
management queries in relation to the internal audit environment
 Maintains key relationship with external auditors and regulators, to keep abreast of risk and control trends for professional development and knowledge sharing
with the team members
 Identifies skillset needed to perform the audit activities and supports team members in their career progression
 Sets the tone for a goal-oriented environment that promotes teamwork by ensuring a fair allocation of resources as per the audit schedule and ensures
comprehensive discharge of audit team activities with the aim to provide comprehensive audit reviews as and when needed by the business

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance / Accountancy
/Banking or equivalent.
• Possess ACCA or professional accounting qualifications equivalent

• Minimum 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proven track record of success in building internal audit capacity in banking industry.
• Success implementation of SOPs, financial analysis, internal control systems, risk management in ERP environment.
• Ability to command both spoken and written in Myanmar and English.
