Responsibilities:
• Responsible in creating and leading a team of Marketers
• Setting monthly KPI for team and ensuring that all KPIs are met by team members
• Support and communicate management objectives and maintaining team focus in order to achieve the objective
• Conducting weekly hurdle with team members to address issues and problem-solving
• Supervising Marketing Consultants on a daily basis and providing constant guidance and motivation to individuals to achieve or exceed target
• Running coaching sessions for Marketing Consultants in order to assess their skills and providing feedback to improve performance
• Explore the market to identify new business opportunities and developing plans for market expansion for the Company
• Analyzing trends and currently market conditions/ performance on a regular basis in order to provide accurate information to clients and team members
• Ensuring that relationship between clients and the marketing team is well maintained and be updated on any customer-related issues

Job Requirements

• Experienced in leading/ managing a team
• Able to identify/ understand client’s and stakeholders’ needs
• Able to motivate/ lead team members in order for them to achieve their objectives
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel overseas
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
• Training would be provided overseas – Malaysia

*Shortlisted Candidates would be interviewed through Video Conference (eg. Skype)
