Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

> Lead the team to develop course materials
> Identify to outsource selected training
> Manage team to coordinate for outsourced trainings
> Manage to schedule training courses in a timely manner
> Manage to conduct technical trainings courses
> Enhance trainers capacity
> Manage to develop and to operate Training Lab Facilities
> Manage Training Center IT facilities – PC, network, server, etc. (if onsite support cannot be provided by IT) – temporary
> Manage and administer budget for Technical training
> Lead the team to prepare the training master plan

Job Requirements

> Experience of working in Corporate Training
> Experience in Telecom Industry with strong technical background
> At least 3-years experience in manage and lead the team
> At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering related to IT or Electronics Communication or Telecommunications
> Fluent in English
