 Drives the technologies strategy for Card, leveraging on latest market trends and best practices, that supports the bank’s vision
 Oversees and drives the implementation roadmap of technology applications for Card and ensures rapid and seamless deployment of applications in order to anticipate and response quickly to changes in market and industry needs
 Leads and supports development team in successful delivery of various key innovative and leading-edge software development for Card projects
 Plans, manages and monitors technology project for Card Department that includes budgets, quality and timeline to ensure projects achieve desired service levels and maximize optimization of costs
 Establishes technology infrastructure within Card Department that are fit-for-purpose and enables the growth in existing client base and profitability
 Partners closely with VCGMs to understand their businesses and advise on how to leverage on the Information System team to drive innovation on product and services in order to deliver exceptional client service
 Supports Card Department in building technology competencies to enable greater efficiency and effectiveness in driving value centre business results in economic profit (EP), profits and balance sheet performance
 Identifies, manages and executes cost effective technology initiatives that are cost effective and deliver the desired results for Card to ensure that Card operations processes and delivery platforms are managed efficiently with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
 Guides and mentors development team on issues related to application design, development and deployment to ensure that the technologies value add to the bank and in line with cyber security policies, regulatory standards and governance polices
 Keeps abreast of technological innovation and trends and seek continuous improvement in adoption of new technologies for Card to ensure the bank’s maintain its competitive advantages
 Builds and maintains relationships with external vendors to ensure smooth executions of Card development projects based on industry, regulatory and governance standards.

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Technology environment, preferably in Card field.
• Proficient with Card software system.
• Proven track record in implementing Card software and applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work collaboratively at all level.
