Accountabilities
• Design, implementation and support of the SAP Business One solution
• With oversight, collects, analyzes and documents requirements from process owners
• Learns to effectively contract with customer, design a process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives, and disseminate information to affected parties
• Learns to apply and integrate current business process into process improvement activities
• Contributes to the completion of specific programs, projects and implementation activities
• Configuration, testing and documentation
• Work with business units to understand business processes and data flows to support

Knowledge and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or diploma in management information systems, computer science or related fields
• Ability to perform basic analysis and design based on business requirements.
• Ability to understand ERP systems and design/develop applications which integrate with other systems, platforms, and external services
• Ability to partners with business areas and other team members to resolve business application needs and problems.
• Capable of taking client meetings and meeting SLA and support review
• Promotes strong quality practices by performing unit testing and providing appropriate level of support for user acceptance testing, as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Results and deadline driven - must be willing to do whatever it takes to meet deadlines
• Minimum 5 years of experiences with .NET framework using C# or VB for windows or web development.
• Minimum 5 years of experiences with RDBMS and Querying Language(SQL preferably)
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in Crystal Report and Reporting/Migration tools
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in macro or scripting languages and related technologies (Node.js, jQuery, JSON etc.)
• Excellency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
