Technical Maintenance Manager at one of the International Leading Brewery Company in Myanmar

● Lead and Manage the on-field maintenance teams as technical person
● Up to 2,700,000 Kyats + Bonus

About the Company

Our client is a well-known international brewery company and growing in Myanmar. They have nice working environment and are a company who strictly follows compliance.

The Role

As a Technical Maintenance Manager, have to report directly to GM/Brewery Plant Manager.

● To control and manage the on-field teams in technically
● Responsible for the Utility, brewery maintenance and able to manage the maintenance budget (OPEX and CAPEX)
● Lead and Manage the all maintenance activities of mobile equipment & facility through maintenance management system
● Must have a strong knowledge and experience about maintenance planning & control
● To implement, review and comply with Quality, Health & Safety, Product Safety and Environment Management System in maintenance areas

Job Requirements

● At least 10 years’ experience in Maintenance Department (Brewery experience Preferred)
● Must be proactive and able to lead the maintenance team with strong leadership skills
● Must have a knowledge of the principles of production management
● Degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
● Good Communication Skills in English and Burmese
