Responsibilities:

• Coach and monitor automation team to deliver maintenance and service support to automation equipment in order to ensure efficient and effective operation.
• Review and discuss downtime, instrument and equipment failure (to meet sale target with maximum efficiency) together with Brewing, Utility and Packaging team for monitoring the potential risk which might be troubled the efficiency of production.
• Monitor and manage automation spare parts in good condition, enough stock to lower machine break down as low as possible by coordinating with procurement team for spare parts and services for maintenance works to ensure availability of spare parts within budget in order to support production schedule.
• Monitor and supervised for all automation work in the brewery to comply with achieving ISO standards and OPI targets.
• Closely supervise on the automation team in the project extension and new installation by assigning and utilizing the workforce in collaborate with respective departments (Brewing, Packaging and Utility) in order to understand and maintain the process the instrument and machines.
• Arrange to work with local external contractors and suppliers for repairing and modifying the small process of maintenance in order to smooth the production efficiently.
• Monitor the emergency work order on troubleshooting and maintenance of each production processes by coordinating the automation technicians and respective area Heads in order to fix the machines immediately without delaying the downtime of production.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electronics)
• Minimum 5-7 years in automation at manufacturing industries with PLC programming and HMI programming.
• Computer literate and excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Team building spirit, positive working attitude and able to work hard to meet dead line.
• Able to work in shift schedule and extended hours as required.
