TCO is partnership with Valentis is seeking to expand in Myanmar to provide:
- Offshore Support Vessel service provider
- Sub-sea Maintenance and Inspection services
- Offshore Transportation and Installation services (T&I)


Job Description
1. Assist the Manager in implementing the procurement, supply of marine equipment, leasing services and logistics
2. Responsible for the safety of crew members and maritime information etc…
3. Responsible for study scope of work (SOW) then propose technical method, personnel and equipment for each tender. Clarify technical information with Client during
bidding and manage technical matters during offshore project.
4. Combine with Commercial team to present technical proposal and services to Clients.
5. Responsible for maintaining the operation of the engine system, machinery, hull body and other related equipment of the vessel; ensure the vessel is constantly in good
condition and meet the requirements of state agencies and international conventions
6. Organize periodic inspections to maintain the validity of the papers as assigned to the designated vessel
7. Carry out the leasing service and supervise the repairing process for the assigned vessel; compile the finalized records and calculate the cost of department management
8. Work directly with the fleet to handle request of the vessel5. Propose technical treatment plan on the basis of the report, the requirements of the vessel
9. Contact the subcontractors approved by the company to propose the services related to the requirements of assigned vessel
10. Participate in the inspection and assessment of the use and preservation of assigned vessel’s accessories
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Manager

Job Requirements

Requirements
- Male Only
- Bachelor degree in Marine Engine
- Solid knowledge of vessel, Engine, barge, marine, oil and gas operations is advantage.
- Willing to travel domestic and oversea
- Willing to work overtime, work on holidays if required by the job
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices or equivalent

Working Experiences
- Minimum of five years experiences in oil and gas industry is an advantage, business development; minimum of three years working in relevant roles.
